Data collected

• Leads (challenge, quiz): first name, email address;
• KLYN App account: email, password (encrypted), chosen program, tracking data (weight, measurements, completed sessions, progress photos you choose to add);
• Payment: processed exclusively by Stripe — no banking data is stored by KLYN;
• Analytics and advertising: cookies and trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).

Purposes and legal bases

• Service provision and progress tracking — performance of the contract;
• Program emails, trial reminders and tips — performance of the contract / legitimate interest, one-click unsubscribe in every email;
• Analytics and advertising — consent.

Recipients and processors

Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), Resend and EmailJS (email sending), Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft (analytics / advertising). Some of these providers are located in the United States and rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

Account data: lifetime of the account + 3 years. Leads: 3 years after the last contact. Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. To exercise them: klyn.coach@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
