Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded between Virginie Palmiero EI («KLYN») and any individual customer, for the following products:

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. KLYN reserves the right to change its prices; the applicable price is the one in effect on the day of the order (or of renewal for the subscription, after prior notice).

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. KLYN never has access to banking data. The subscription is automatically renewed each month until cancellation.

4. Delivery

Digital content is accessible immediately after payment confirmation (download link or access to the application).

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, when the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and waived their right of withdrawal, which they accept at the time of the order.

6. Subscription cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the application or by email at klyn.coach@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; no further charge is made.

7. Health warning

KLYN programs are general-purpose fitness and nutrition guidance content. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any program, especially in the event of illness, injury or pregnancy.

8. Liability

KLYN makes every effort to ensure the availability of the application, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption. KLYN cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the programs or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a complaint, first contact klyn.coach@gmail.com. Failing resolution, consumers may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator (details being published — see Legal notice) or the European online dispute resolution platform. These Terms are governed by French law.
